Adam Strueby graduated in 2017 from the University of Regina with his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a major in human kinetics. At the University of Regina, Adam competed for the track team and the cross country team. He competed in every event from 1000m on the track to 10,000m on the cross country course. He then ventured to Sydney, Australia to complete his Master’s of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and graduated in 2019.
Since his return to Canada, Adam has developed a keen interest in keeping people active throughout their course rehabilitation. Accompanying his rehabilitation program, he provides education to his patients alleviating any confusion or stress that may accompany their injury. Adam has a belief that a successful treatment should be collaborative, individualized, and realistic. He is passionate to work with you to develop a plan that will coincide with your goals. Using a combination of specified exercise selection and manual therapy techniques, Adam will work with you to get you back to where you want to be.
