We currently offer a neurological and neuropsychological rehabilitation program that focuses on neurodegenerative diseases and both traumatic and atraumatic brain injuries. We offer concussion testing and transcranial Doppler ultrasound assessment that include a 3D printed model of the patient’s intracranial vasculature, a comprehensive report, and an individualized exercise treatment plan focused on optimizing the patient’s perfusion pressure during exercise as well as any neuropsychological or cognitive dysfunction that may be present. Additionally, we also perform microembolic load testing for patients at risk of stroke or those with hypercoagulability. We also include nutrition consultations and diet plans in our program. We also have on-site pharmacists at both North and South Gateway Alliance Medical locations for pharmacy support and medication education.
